If you're ready for a container with structure and company, Engagement is the first mentorship tier. The group does work a solo practitioner can't.
If you're at a threshold that needs privacy and precision, Transformation begins with a custom architecture built only for you.
If you're building at scale and the work needs to become partnership rather than program, Legacy is where that conversation happens.
Most clients ascend through the tiers as the work deepens. A few know immediately that only the deepest container will do. Both paths are honored.

How do I know which tier is right for me?
Follow what's actually alive. If you're uncertain, begin at Awareness — it's designed to help you find your direction without commitment. Once something is clearly calling, the onboarding call for the next tier will confirm the fit or redirect you honestly.
What happens in the onboarding call?
We meet privately, usually for 60–120 minutes depending on the tier. No agenda other than seeing clearly. I ask about what's pressing, what's underneath, what's already been tried. You ask whatever you need to ask. By the end, either we've designed your path together or we've named honestly that this isn't the right fit. Both outcomes are useful.
Flat price or monthly — how do I choose?
Flat-price containers have a defined arc and a defined end. They're right when you're working toward a specific threshold or want the pressure of a finite frame. Monthly options are open-ended. They're right when the work needs to breathe, when you don't yet know how long the container should run, or when you want the relationship to become ongoing rather than episodic. Both honor the same depth. The shape is different.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes. Most clients naturally ascend as the work deepens. Engagement clients often move to Transformation. Transformation clients sometimes move to Legacy.
How quickly can we start?
Awareness: Immediate. Engagement: 1–2 weeks after onboarding. Transformation: 2–4 weeks after application and onboarding. Legacy: After thorough mutual selection, which can take weeks or months.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds after the first session. This ensures commitment from both sides. We'll know in the first session if it's a fit.
What if I'm not accepted?
For Legacy tier, not everyone is accepted. This protects the depth of the work. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and may refer you to someone better suited.
