But know this: the tiers are connected. Most people ascend through them naturally. You might start at Awareness and find yourself in a multi-year Legacy partnership. Or you might know immediately that only the deepest work will do.

How do I know which tier is right for me?
Follow what's alive. If you're uncertain, start lower and ascend. If you KNOW you need the deepest work, apply for Transformation or above.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes. Most clients naturally ascend as the work deepens. Engagement clients often move to Transformation. Transformation clients sometimes move to Advisory or Legacy.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans available for Transformation tier and above on a case-by-case basis.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds after the first session. This ensures commitment from both sides. We'll know in the first session if it's a fit.
How quickly can we start?
Awareness/Engagement: Immediate. Transformation: 1-2 weeks after application. Advisory/Legacy: After thorough vetting process.
What if I'm not accepted?
For Advisory and Legacy tiers, not everyone is accepted. This protects the depth of the work. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and may refer you to someone better suited.
